Chris Brown Tosses $22,000 Rolex at VMAs, Fan Returns It

Chris
Brown forgot to take off his watch — “a Rolex with a white oyster face and
diamond-encrusted bezel
While
the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards audience sat and watched Chris Brown’s
high-flying performance, little did anyone know that a surprising transaction
occurred between the ‘Look at Me Now’ Best Hip Hop Video nominee, his $22,000
watch, a bodyguard and a fan, TMZ reports.
Looks
like Breezy forgot to take off his watch — “a Rolex with a white oyster face
and diamond-encrusted bezel” — as he began performing onstage, which lead him
to attempt a toss the jewelry to a safer place.
You’d
think it slipped off as he was hovering Christ-like and
crazy-flipping-off-a-harness above the audience, but that wasn’t the case. CB
haphazardly sent the watch flying into the crowd surrounding the stage.
When
his bodyguard went off into the crowd to investigate the whereabouts of the
watch and asked if anyone had seen it, someone decided honesty was the best
policy and returned it.
“Chris
did not get to meet the fan, he is very appreciative of the fan’s actions,” says
Chris Brown rep.
Well,
Chris Brown may have lost his nomination to Nicki Minaj, but at least he didn’t
lose his watch!

If na 4 naija u think say im go see am again|?????????????
