Breaking News: Port Harcourt Bus Explosion Was Robbery Not Boko Haram- Governor Rotiimi Amaechi

River State governor, Rotimi Amaechi, has after an on the spot visit to the scene of a bomb blast in Port Harcourt, the River State capital, confirmed that the blast which occurred there earlier today was not a terrorist attack from Boko Haram but a robbery incident gone bad. 

Apparently, tow robbery suspects and their driver were on the way to their intended target with some dynamite in the car which went off apparently due to their smoking cigarettes in the car.

Also, Governor Amaechi revealed that the robbery suspects did not die as it was only their driver who was killed in the explosion. Both suspects are now in a hospital where they are under observation….Read our earlier post HERE.
