Earlier this month, Kris Humphries was slapped with a lawsuit filed by Kayla Goldberg, who claimed that the Brooklyn Nets star gave her herpes after doing the dirty in Hollywood back in 2010.
And although the ex-flings didn’t have a court date set until February 24, 2014, Humphries took it upon himself to take an STD test before the hearing to prove that he did NOT give Goldberg the virus — and according to the docs, his test came back NEGATIVE!!! now he wants to sue the lady for defamation.
