Delta Airlines came to the rescue of Team Nigeria who were stranded in Atlanta. The airline paid for the hotel accommodation and also barely 14 hours to their first match, flew them free of charge to Brazil.

As much as we celebrate our victory few hours ago over Japan, remember to thank the crew, they made a horrendous situation more bearable.

Just imagine if Nigeria goes all the way to the finals, imagine how much Delta would milk this incident to their corporate advantage.
