A traditional chief in Matabeleland area of Zimbabwe has left many villagers and social media users shocked after he was filmed punishing two teenage lovers in a ‘corporate’ way
The two teenagers alleged to be wayward – were flogged severely in front of all villagers and possibly their parents.
