Police Release Pastor Fatoyinbo On Bail After Hours Of Questioning Over Rape Allegation

Founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly(COZA) Abuja, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, has been released on bail by the Nigerian Police.

KanyiDaily had reported that the embattled pastor made surrendered himself at the Force Criminal Investigation Division (FCID) of the Nigeria Police in Abuja on Tuesday, 27th August 2019, over the allegation of rape levelled against him by celebrity photographer, Busola Dakolo.

Fatoyinbo reportedly stayed long at the police headquarters was due to the late arrival of Fatoyibo’s witness from Port Harcourt who showed up around 8 pm.

After hours of questioning and interrogation by detectives, the pastor was granted administrative bail by the police late at night.
