Jay Z Names Burna Boy’s ‘Collateral Damage’ As One Of His Favorite Songs In 2019

American rapper, songwriter and producer, Jay Z has shared his favourite 2019 ‘Year End Picks’ on Tidal Playlist.

There are 40 tracks total, including a song “Collateral Damage” by Burna Boy, a Nigerian singer.

Burna Boy’s Collateral Damage is number 16th on Jay Z’s favourite 40-track playlist that were released this year.

The annual rundown also includes tracks from DaBaby, Drake, Rick Ross, Travis Scott, Solange, Tyler the Creator, Koffee, Kanye West, Freddie Gibbs and Madlib, J. Cole, Denzel Curry, Megan Thee Stallion, Maxo Kream, his wife Beyonce, and more.

KanyiDaily had reported in November that Burna Boy was nominated for the 2020 Grammy Awards following the release of his latest body of work, ‘African Giant’.

The album is nominated in the Best World Album category. Other contenders for the same win are Altin Gün for Gece, Bokanté & Metropole Orkest Conducted By Jules Buckley for What Heat, Nathalie Joachim With Spektral Quartet for Fanm D’Ayiti, and Angelique Kidjo for Celia.
