KanyiDaily had reported how George Floyd died during arrest on Monday, after a white police officer pinned him to the ground by pressing his knee into Floyd’s neck as the black man protested that he couldn’t breathe.

Madonna was one of many celebrities that had taken to social media to express outrage over the incident of police brutality.

The 61-year-old singer shared a video of her 14-year-old son busting some moves to Michael Jackson‘s “They Don’t Care About Us” with the apparent intention of honoring George Floyd.

In the video, David Banda could be seen showing off some serious MJ moves as he dances in the kitchen, with Madonna writing that this was in tribute to George Floyd and stop “all Acts of Racism and Discrimination”

“Brutal murder travels around the world. My son David Dances to honor and pay tribute to George and His Family and all Acts of Racism and Discrimination that happen on a daily basis in America. #davidbanda#JusticeforGeorgeFloyd#MichaelJackson,” she wrote.

Her post was met with widespread criticism, with some calling out the pop star for what they described as insensitive George Floyd tribute.

KanyiDaily had also reported how a white American woman identified as Amy Cooper was caught on camera calling the police and lying that a black man was attacking her, when he really just asked her to leash her dog in Central Park, New York.
