Former Kaduna State Governor, Balarabe Musa has reportedly died on Wednesday at age of 84.
Balarabe, who was the first governor in the history of Nigeria to be impeached, was confirmed dead on Wednesday by Kaduna-Central Senator, Shehu Sani.
Announcing the death on Twitter, Sani said, “Alhaji Balarabe Musa has died. May Allah forgive his soul and grant him Aljanna Firdausi. Amin.”
One of his daughters, Hajiya Zulai Musa, also confirmed his death in a telephone interview, saying her father will be buried on Wednesday afternoon in Kaduna.
