Lagos State Police Command has arrested a yet-to-be identified young man for allegedly slapping an officer twice after causing an accident along Governor’s Road, Ikeja.
In a post shared on its Twitter page, the police said the young man slapped one of them twice after some officers were deployed to the scene where he caused an accident.
The young man, who was also accused of threatening the entire team deployed to the scene, has been handed over to Alausa Police Station for necessary action.
“This man who caused an accident along Governor’s Road, Ikeja has been arrested for slapping a Police officer twice and threatening the entire team deployed to the scene when the accident occurred. He has been handed over to Alausa Police Station for necessary action. #TheGoodGuys” the Police twitter page reported.”
