10-Year-Old Saxophonist Receives N500K From Davido For Playing His ‘Jowo’ Track [Video]

Nigerian superstar, Davido has gifted the sum of N500,000 to a 10-year-old saxophonist, Temilayo Abodunrin, after she shared a video of herself playing one of his tracks ‘Jowo’.

Popular blogger, Tunde Ednut, had shared a video of Temilayo playing “Jowo” fluently with her saxophone, and subsequently alerted Davido about the girl.

In a screenshot shared on Instagram by the blogger, Davido reacted by saying “I Wan give Sax Girl 500k 2moro.”

Temilayo later confirmed on her Instagram page that Davido credited her account with the sum of N500K, less than 10 minutes after he requested her bank details.

“I was also very shocked when @davido sent a dm Send your account details and in less than 10min….. Alert.

“Please I want to meet @davido and specially say a BIG THANK YOU. I AM SHORT OF WORDS @kingtundeednut is no doubt a King with a heart of Gold,” Temilayo said.

Meanwhile, Davido has revealed that his colleague, Teni, chased after him in Lagos traffic just to request for collaboration on her forthcoming album, Wondaland.
