Kogi Fresh Graduate Dies While Returning From Burial Ceremony Of His Friend’s Mom

A Kogi State University (KSU) fresh graduate identified as Abdulfatai Sani, has been reported dead shortly after signing out of the school.

Abdulfatai, a student of Micro Biology in the Faculty of Natural Sciences, was said to have just written his final examination last Saturday.

A close friend confirmed that Abdulfatai died in a fatal accident on Friday while returning from his best friend mother’s burial in Ankpa same day.

The deceased’s friends and colleagues have taken to their KSU Facebook group to mourn him, as some of them revealed that the young man had also lost his family and siblings.

This came after photo of the deceased signing out shirt was written “RIP”’ as many thought he had predicted his death, only to find out that he was only honouring some his deceased family.

It was learnt that the deceased was buried yesterday, according to Islamic rights.

KanyiDaily had also reported how a young Nigerian medical doctor died on her way home, barely two days after completing her mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
