MSCHF x Lil Nas X have designed Satan Shoes.
The soles of each satan shoe contain real human blood, and only 666 pairs are being sold for $1,018 each.
MSCHF is the same company that in 2019 designed “Jesus Shoes” with holy water in the soles. The company is partnering with Lil Nas X to offer 666 pairs of the limited-edition satan shoes for just one day only. The limited-edition shoes are redesigned Nike shoes.
The Shoes Are Promoted as Each Including One Drop of Real Human Blood.
The product website notes that each shoe will contain “60CC ink and 1 drop human blood.” An animation on the product’s site shows the sole of the shoe filled with a red liquid that sloshes forward and back with each step.
The shoe also features a pentagram in bronze with engraving that says, “I SAW SATAN,” “MSCHF” and “LIL NAS X,” and the words “Luke 10:18” are featured on the outside of the shoe near the toe. This references the verse: “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven,” which is also part of a theme in Lil Nas X’s recent music video.
According to the product’s website, the shoe is going on sale on March 29 at 11 a.m. Eastern time and can only be purchased on MSCHF’s app.
The creative label MSCHF is the same company that sold limited edition “Jesus Shoes” with holy water in 2019 and cost $3,000 for one pair.
In addition to the 60cc of holy water from River Jordan in the soles, the Jesus shoes featured a crucifix on the top of one shoe and had been reportedly blessed by a priest. The shoes featured the verse Matthew 14:25, which reads: “And in the fourth watch of the night he came to them, walking on the sea.”
Meanwhile, the limited-edition “Satan Shoes” is sparking outrage among people online.
