Rivers Councilor Drill Borehole With His First Salary, Say His Constituents Need It More

A Rivers State Councilor, Imaotu Michael Owen has used his first salary to drill a borehole for the people of Omalem community in Abua/Odual Local Government Area of the state.

Owen, who is the councilor for Ward 4, Abua/Odual LGA, Rivers State, received a lot of commendation for drilling the borehole with his first salary.

The politician admitted to needing the money but said that his constituents in Ward 4 needed water more. Below are photos from the launch of the borehole project.
