Adeyanju made this call in a series of tweets while reacting to the mandatory sit-at-home declared by IPOB on Thursday, the scheduled day for President Buhari’s visit to Imo State.

Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma had disclosed that President Buhari would visit the state on Thursday to commission some of his completed projects.

In a broadcast on Monday evening, IPOB kicked against Buhari’s visit to Imo and declared Thursday as a sit-at-home day over the president’s visit.

Taking to his Twitter page, Adeyanju faulted those criticizing IPOB over the sit-at-home order, noting that the directive would send a very loud message to Buhari when he visits Imo tomorrow.

The socio-political activist also warned that Imo state residents may be killed if they troop out to welcome the president; hence the need to stay indoors.

“IPOB should speak to Buhari in the language he understands tomorrow when he visits Imo,” Adeyanju wrote.

“Their proposed ghost town will send a very loud message to him. Those who are criticizing IPOB for their Sit-At-Home order are slaves who do not understand or appreciate freedom.

“If they go on the street to protest, Buhari will kill them. So, why will you say they shouldn’t stay at home to protest?”

KanyiDaily recalls that President Buhari had waned IPOB against promoting insurrection in the country, threatening that his government will treat them in the language they understand.
