President Buhari Mourns As Aisha Loses Her Son In Auto Cash, 3 Others Hospitalised

President Muhammadu Buhari sent condolences to Hajiya Aisha Abubakar, the former Minister of State, Industry, Trade and Investment, over the death of her first son, Aliyu Abubakar.

It was gathered that a ghastly road crash claimed the life of Aliyu, while two other sons of the minister and a daughter are currently hospitalized due to injuries sustained in the accident on Wednesday.

In a statement on Wednesday, Garba Shehu, presidential spokesman, quoted Buhari expressing sadness over the incident which claimed the life of young Aliyu.

“The president prayed for quick recovery for two brothers and sister of the deceased, who are currently on admission in hospital following a road accident that claimed the life of the deceased,” he said.

“He urged doctors, nurses and other health workers to do their best for other victims of the accident under their care.

“President Buhari also prayed to Allah to repose the soul of the deceased and grant fortitude to the family and the friends of the deceased to bear the loss.”

Shehu said the former minister thanked the president for sending a delegation and expressed appreciation of the family for his demonstration of love.

KanyiDaily recalls that President Buhari had also mourned the death of Chuba Okadigbo’s son who died in an accident after his car ran under a trailer on Saturday.
