American actor and singer, Trey Songz has been accused of “brutal rαpe” by another woman in a fresh $20 million sexual assault case filed against him.
According to TMZ, the woman, who is identified as Jane Doe in the suit, said the 37-year-old singer allegedly forced her to have anal sex against her consent during a house party in Los Angeles.
In the lawsuit, Jane Doe claimed she had a consensual sexual relationship with Trey before the alleged rape on March 24, 2016, when she claims he suddenly turned into a “savage rapist.”
The lady claimed that Trey Songz had invited her to a house party in Los Angeles before the rape which was “so brutal that Jane Doe required and received immediate emergency medical care.”
The lawsuit claims Trey had invited her upstairs for what she believed would be consensual sex. Instead, he repeatedly asked her if he could “get that ass” on the way upstairs … to which she says she repeatedly told him “no” and to stop asking.
In the court documents, “after entering the bedroom, Trey Songz turned, almost immediately, into a savage rapist. He threw her to the ground, ripped her pants off, pinned her down face first and forced his penis into her anus without her consent.
The woman claims she screamed in pain and begged Trey to stop, and even tried fighting him off her … but says she was overpowered.
The complainant says someone entered the room during the alleged rape, giving her hope that what she describes as a “brutal rape” might end, but the person quickly left the room and Trey kept raping her.
The woman claims she was only able to escape after Trey finished and stopped raping her … grabbing her clothes, except for her underwear, and running outside to call an Uber.
According to the suit, the woman claimed that when she left the apartment, the Uber driver had noticed how distressed she was and took her to a hospital where a sexual assault exam was conducted and the police were called.
Jane Doe alleged that the exam showed that she had suffered “severe anal tearing” that could require surgery.
In the suit, the lady added that once police arrived, she didn’t name Trey Songz because she was “in shock and fearing for her life.”
Jane Doe, who becomes the third woman to lodge a sexual assault complaint against the R&B singer in recent months, is now suing Trey Songz for $20 million in damages.
Ariel Mitchell, who is Jane Doe’s lawyer, is also representing two other women who are suing Trey Songz for sexual assaults in New York and Miami.
Mitchell is also representing Jahaura Jeffries, who publicly identified herself and alleged that Trey Songz sexually assaulted her at a nightclub in Miami in 2018.
A representative for Trey Songz, however, said Jane Doe’s allegations are “false,” and the singer “looks forward to having the facts fully aired.”
KanyiDaily had last month reported how an ex-University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) basketball player, Dylan Gonzalez accused Trey Songz of raping her at a “well-known hotel” in Las Vegas in the United States.
