Nigerian journalist, David Hundeyin has made a damning allegation against his colleague, Kiki Mordi, that she slept with producers at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) for roles.
The allegation comes barely one year after another prolific Journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, accused Mordi of sleeping with BBC Staff to get a role in the “Sex for Grade” documentary which allegedly belongs to another female journalist, Oge Obi.
Reacting to her post in series of tweets on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, Hundeyin also alleged that Mordi was fond of sleeping with BBC producers for roles.
He wrote, “Coming from the idiot who blocked me since 2020 and was still quoting my tweets 2 hours ago until I returned the favour.
“But that’s all you ever do isn’t it @kikimordi? Lie to people and misrepresent situations? Let’s hope you’ve stopped sleeping with BBC producers for roles.
Hundeyin also revealed that the brain behind the “Sex For Grade” documentary, Oge Obi, received the sum of N5.5million from BBC Africa after she attempted suicide over her controversy with Kiki Mordi.
He added: “Just for the record, the person who actually created Sex For Grades and eventually attempted suicide after having it stolen from her, later received a 7-figure compensation package from BBC Africa which was basically “Our bad. Take this money and don’t talk about it again.”
“And this is not “I heard.” I’m looking at a copy of the letter right now.
“Meanwhile one Nkiruka is still shamelessly parading what she knows better than anyone else to be stolen work around on her bio. She go even still come host Space about “Toxic Bosses.” Tufiakwa.
“BTW I’ve had these receipts since June last year. I didn’t think it was worth making a fuss about, especially as Oge herself didn’t want a fuss.
“But this is what happens when you don’t drink water and mind your business. Next time if my tweet didn’t mention you, jump and pass.”
“By the way, the woman who engineered this entire debacle Toyosi Ogunseye, was quietly “promoted” away from BBC Nigeria and shunted to London.
“The victim got fired and slapped with grudging compensation. The perpetrator got a promotion. That’s the kind of place the BBC is.”
KanyiDaily had reported how Oge Obi attempted to take her life by taking a poisonous substance following her controversy with Kiki Mordi.
