Two officers of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) are feared to have been killed in a plane crash that occurred on Tuesday in Kaduna state.
Although details of the incident are still sketchy, it was gathered that the incident involved a training aircraft which had two pilots on board.
A source told LEADERSHIP that the Super Mushak, which is trainer aircraft, crashed while on a training mission inside a NAF facility in Kaduna.
When contacted, the NAF Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Cdre Edward Gabkwet, did not respond to enquires to confirm the incident.
The incident comes barely one year after a Nigerian military aircraft crashed at the Abuja airport, killing all seven personnel on board.
