Joe Igbokwe, a staunch member of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Lagos State has told Northerners to perish the thought of succeeding President Muhammadu Buhari come 2023.
Igbokwe taking to his official Facebook page stated that someone called him to say the Northerners are planning on producing the next president and he laughed over the statement.
According to the Special Adviser to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State on Drainage and Water Resources, Northerners envisaging succeeding Buhari is a mere joke.
“Someone just called me to say that the North is thinking about producing the presidency again in 2023. I laughed until tears started coming out of my eyes. Perish the thought and consider it a joke.” Igbokwe wrote.
