Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari will on Friday, present the 2023 budget of N19.76 trillion to a joint session of the National Assembly.
This was contained in a letter from the president read by Senate President Ahmad Lawan on Tuesday.
The presentation will take place in the House of Representatives at 10:00 am.
The budget proposal is premised on an oil benchmark of $70 per barrel and the production of 1.69 million barrels per day.
