The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Abdullahi Adamu, six governors of the party and some National Working Committee (NWC) members are currently meeting in Abuja.
The meeting borders on the the presidential campaign council list of the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
The meeting, which is taking place at the national secretariat of the party in Abuja also being attended by former national chairman of the party, Adams Oshiomhole.
The governors in attendance at the meeting holding behind closed-doors include Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo), Abdullahi Ganduje (Kano), Abubakar Badaru (Jigawa), Simon Lalong (Plateau), Sani Bello (Niger), and Abdullahi Sule (Nasarawa).
The 422-man campaign list released earlier by Lalong had generated some controversy but the party appears to be taking a second look at the list ahead of the official flag off of campaigns by the Presidential Campaign Council.

Meanwhile Kanyi Daily had reported that the APC national chairman, Adamu had written a letter to Tinubu over the campaign list, saying the party’s presidential candidate breached aagreement on campaign council.
