The deposed Emir of Kano, Lamido Sanusi has held the naming ceremony of his newborn daughter, Zainab Khausar, in Saudi Arabia.
In series of photos shared on social media, the former monarch and his fourth wife, Sa’adatu Barkindo, who recently welcomed their second child together, could be seen with other family members during the naming ceremony.
The couple named their baby girl Zainab Khausar.
Sanusi married Sa’adatu, who is the daughter of Barkindo Aliyu Musdafa, the Lamido of Adamawa in 2015.
They welcomed their first child together on May 5, 2020.
