PHOTOS: Atiku, Okowa, Others Head To Osun For Adeleke’s Inauguration

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and his running mate, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, are en route to Osun State for the inauguration of Ademola Adeleke as the next governor of the state.

They were accompanied by PDP national chairman, Iyorchia Ayu, Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State, Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto, former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, and others.

Atiku shared photos of him and his entourage at Ibadan, on their way to Osun on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily reported that the outgoing governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola on Saturday night, said he looks forward to continuing governing the state again, as he anticipated victory from the court.

Oyetola in a farewell message said he would be stepping aside as a law-abiding citizen, adding that the outcome of the Osun governorship election that produced Ademola Adeleke was still being challenged in court.
