Chinenye Eucharia, the adopted daughter of Nollywood actress, Destiny Etiko, has taken to social media to address her alleged rift with the thespian.
During a Facebook live session, the fast-rising actor dismissed the speculations making rounds that there is a dispute between her and her stepmother.
Chinenye explained that she hasn’t been active on social media and has been off-screen for a while because she recently got admission into the university.
She said that she’s currently concentrating on her studies but may be back on-screen in her 200L or 300L after establishing an ample foothold in school.
This comes a few days after Destiny Etiko in a Facebook live session also gave reason Chinenye hasn’t been featured in a movie lately.
Destiny, “People are asking about my daughter, my daughter is very very fine, she’s in school. So, doing this movie and schooling is not that easy, so sometimes you can concentrate on your studies and get to a particular stage and pass that stage probably when she gets into the university but now that she’s writing her WASSCE and JAMB, she needs to concentrate and get into school. So she’s perfectly fine, she’s okay.”
KanyiDaily recalls that Destiny Etiko had recently got her mother singing and dancing for joy after surprising her mother with a new car as a birthday gift.
