In a video shared on her Instagram page, the Yoruba actress warned critics to refrain from trolling her, wondering why marriage has become a do-or-die affair in Nigeria.
Oyedeji revealed that her social media posts and DMS has been filled with messages from people criticizing her for dumping her husband, with most of the insults and curses coming from women.
She hinted that the marriage didn’t end because of her, noting that if she’s not a good woman, her estranged husband would not have tried coming back to her.
Stressing that she wouldn’t have left her marriage if everything was rosy and it was good, the actress urged people fighting on behalf of her ex-husband to marry him instead.
Oyedeji also dropped curses on her haters and asked why she should not be happy because she is a celebrity who brought her private relationship outside.
“Please u am just going to drop this thing one time. You people should tread carefully. Am begging you, we shouldn’t be insulting ourself this 2023. It’s too early to insult ourselves.
“I don’t know when in Nigeria relationship would turn to a do or die affair and you all will be dropping comment in my post.
“Because I am saying I am not doing anymore, you even have the effortery to slid into my DMs to insult me. The man you are fighting for, go and marry him.
“If you are in your right senses, you wouldn’t think that something that is good, you don’t leave it,” the actress said.
KanyiDaily recalls that former BBNaija housemate, Kim Oprah claimed that people often criticize her on social media for being too beautiful.

I agree no woman would leave her husband if he was a husband committed to their marriage in every way, and no wife should have to constantly be forgiving her husband for not treating her with love and respect, be strong and take care of yourself.
