The actress, who spoke in a live video on her Instagram page, also revealed why she’s supporting the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
Iyabo addressed her colleagues, Dayo Amusa and Bimbo Akisanya, who described her as an ingrate for going againsy Oluomo to support Peter Obi in the ongoing presidential election.
Amusa called out an ‘ingrate’ for describing Oluomo as a ‘thug’ despite sponsoring the unnamed person’s welfare and other personal needs.
Although Amusa did not mention or tag any name on social media, many claimed she was referring to her colleague, Iyabo Ojo.
The post reads, ‘When he dey pay your children’s school fees, e no be thug. When he dey pay your children’s birthday party bills, he no be thug!!
When he dey pay your house rent, he no be thug!! When he dey sponsor your fight tickets, he no be thug!!
When he dey lodge you and your children for hotel for weeks when depression wan kill you, he no be thug!!
When he dey pay your new house mortgage, he no be thug!! BLOODY INGRATE!”.
Bimbo Akisanya also joined Dayo Amusa to throw a subtle shade at the unnamed person, who many believe is Iyabo Ojo.
Akisanya, who is part of Tinubu’s campaign team, shared Amusa’s post and added that the actress was allegedly sleeping with Oluomo.
“E dey fvck Dem also ooo. Dey fvck Dem till date” She wrote.
Reacting to the allegations on Instagram live, the actress revealed that her relationship with MC Oluomo was simply cordial and not based on any party affiliation.
Iyabo described Oluomo as her friend and admitted that the transport chairman gave her millions of naira as gifts including electronics on different occasions.
The actress insisted that none of Dayo Amusa’s claims was about her while stating that she is also her friend.
Iyabo further revealed that she choose Peter Obi because she believes he can lead Nigeria better than Bola Tinubu.
She also expressed concern on Tinubu’s health challenges and insisted that the former Lagos governor should be retired and giving orders but not chasing a political office.
KanyiDaily recalls that Iyabo Ojo had also warned Nigerians against voting for the wrong candidate in the 2023 general election.
