Nigerians Dare DSS To Arrest Pastor Paul Enenche

Nigerians on Twitter have dared the Department of State Services (DSS) to heed the call of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) for the arrest of the Senior Pastor of Dunamis Church International, Paul Enenche.

Nigerians React To Call For Paul Enenche’s Arrest

The APC PCC had on Monday, asked the DSS to arrest Paul Enenche over what it described as his “Inciting sermon” on the pulpit last Sunday.

The call was made by the APC PCC Special Adviser on Media and Strategic Communications, Dele Alake on Monday during a press conference.

The APC PCC also called on security agencies to arrest two spokespersons for the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dino Melaye and Dele Momodu, for allegedly attempting to heat the polity through their utterances.

But following the call by the APC PCC for Paul Enenche’s arrest which has been trending on Twitter, Nigerians took to their various handles on the micro-blogging app to ask the secret police to do exactly what the ruling party asked it to do.

Most of the reactions dared the DSS to arrest the clergyman and await the consequences of such an action.

Below are some of the reactions:

“The moment they dare arrest Paul Enenche, it will be well written in history that APC were the ones that destroyed the country because the numbers of people that will hit the street protesting would make EndSars look like a walk in a park.”

“They have not become president, but they are already calling for the arrest of Pastor Paul Enenche… Tinubu and Shettima will make you miss Buhari…

The audacity to call for the arrest of one of the most respected pastors in Nigeria 😿😾😾 Omor!”

“A man of God that banks not on Plan B.
Thank you Pastor Enenche. #NigeriaDecides2023″

“The call for the arrest of Pastor Paul Enenche of Dunamis Church and other Obidients by DSS from APC camp is laughable. Dear DSS, that step will end whatever remains to be protected, don’t even think about that Nigerians are watching you. #NigerianElections2023.”

“APC calls for the arrest of Pastor Paul Enenche. Man has been the most vocal pastor all through this election process. We kicked against a Muslim-Muslim ticket, now see what’s happening. They haven’t even assumed power, they’re already hitting on Christians. Nigerians speak up 📌”

“APC has called for the arrest of Pastor Paul Enenche of Dunamis Church. Can you now see how the APC’s Muslim-Muslim ticket is going to treat  Christians in Nigeria ??
God of Heaven 😭😭😭😭 will you abandon us.”

“FFK called for the arrest of Pastor Paul Enenche yesterday.  I dare APC to go ahead & arrest him if y’all have the balls. He has been one of the most vocal clergymen speaking up against the demonic Muslim/Muslim ticket.  APC, if them born una papa with a scrotal sac, arrest him.”

“Person wey em members be like 1 million. Make dem try am”

“They should go ahead and arrest him and see that the limit can be broken faster.”

“My own very pastor @DrPaulEnenche Apc is playing with thunder 😂”

“If they try it, Apostle Suleman will start his own.”

“They can’t touch the prophet. They shouldn’t start what they can’t finish. We will defend our rights by speaking up. The fraud called election cannot stand and will never stand unless the right thing is done. No party will rig its way into power after seeing the open rejection.”

Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily reported that former President Olusegun Obasanjo has issued a passionate statement concerning what he described as the “looming danger and disaster which is just waiting to happen” in Nigeria as a result of the just concluded presidential and national assembly elections.
