INEC disclosed this in a short statement posted on its official Twitter handle.
According to the commission, the issuance of the certificates of return followed the conclusion of supplementary elections nationwide and the declaration of winners.
It said the event will take place at the Conference Room, INEC Headquarters, Maitama, Abuja.
The electoral umpire also said members of State Houses of Assembly- elect should contact its State offices for their certificates.
