Nigerian ace comedian, Ali Baba has revealed why he and Nollywood actor, Osita Iheme, also known as Pawpaw, were denied entry into Canada.

Ali Baba and Pawpaw alongside other movie stars like Yomi Fabiyi, and Chinedu Ikedieze, also known as Aki, were slated to perform at an event hosted by show promoter, MC Morris.

But in a video shared on MC Morris’ Instagram page, Ali Baba explained that he and Pawpaw were denied entry into Canada, but Aki and Yomi were granted permission to stay and perform at the event.

Despite the futile effort to renew his visa which expired last month, Ali Baba assured his fans that he would make a video call during the event to connect with them.

He said, “We have been denied voluntary entry. We were told to go get our Visa ready. We wanted to come in and entertain you. Pawpaw and I would go back, but Akin and Yomi Fabiyi would stay”
