Returned From UK To Propose Marriage Only To Discover She Had A Child For Her Ex – Nigerian Man Recounts ‘Breakfast’ From GF

A Nigerian man, simply called Pascal has recounted how his girlfriend (GF) served him “breakfast” upon his return from the United Kingdom to propose marriage to her.

The term “breakfast” is a pseudonym for heartbreak or disappointment in a relationship.

Pascal recounted in a reaction to a tweet by a Twitter influencer, Jon Doe.

Doe had tweeted and asked men to narrate their worst heartbreak story and how they reacted.

He also asked to find out if they have recovered from the heartbreak.

The tweet reads, “Late night thread.
Men, tell us about your worst heartbreak story. How did you react?
Have you recovered ever since? Your comments 👇.”

Taking to the comment section of the tweet, Pascal said he came back to Nigeria from the United Kingdom to propose to his girlfriend, only to find out she already had a child for her ex just within a year.

According to him, when he landed in  Nigeria he called her to have a “heart-to-heart” discussion with her when she broke the news to him.

He noted that his life changed that day upon hearing that news.

He further disclosed that coincidentally, the child was born on his birthday.

Pascal wrote, “Coming back to from the UK 🇬🇧 to propose to my girlfriend, only to find out she already had a child for her ex just within a year.

“I have our chat on my phone, she kept it a secret from me until I came back to NIGERIA, that fateful day, I called her so we can have a heart-to-heart discussion, and she broke the news to me My life changed from that day 18th December 2022. The child was born on my birthday, 12th May.”

In other news, Kanyi Daily reported that Nigerian social media influencer, Daniel Regha has slammed the General Overseer (GO) of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye following his statement about President-elect, Bola Tinubu.

Adeboye said on Monday, that with God’s help, Tinubu can fix Nigeria.
