Ajebo Hustlers, a Nigerian musical duo, have said that several of their friends urged them to stop music because they weren’t generating a fortune at first.
The Port Harcourt-born duo claimed that their journey for stardom caused them to be accommodated by a number of family members and friends before they achieved success.
They claimed that they were once hosted by singer D’banj’s younger brother, K-Switch.

The ‘Barawo’ singers announced this on the newest episode of Shopsydoo’s Afrobeats podcast.
“We squatted with K-Switch in 2016,” they claimed. I’m not fooling around. In 2017, nothing stood out. We were still trying to push in 2018, and then we made a record with King Perry in 2019. I believe we were squatting somewhere at the time.
“We were squatting at the time because music was not working, and now you have friends telling you, omo, thus music is not working, you sure say you try enter street.”
