The announcement was made on Thursday by Abiodun Oladunjoye, the Director of Information at the State House.
The appointed individuals bring diverse expertise and experience to their respective roles. Mr. Dele Alake has been named as the Special Adviser for Special Duties, Communications, and Strategy. Mr. Yau Darazo will serve as the Special Adviser for Political and Intergovernmental Affairs. Mr. Wale Edun has been appointed as the Special Adviser for Monetary Policies, while Mrs. Olu Verheijen will take on the role of Special Adviser for Energy.
Among the other notable appointees is Mr. Zachaeus Adedeji, who will serve as the Special Adviser for Revenue. Mr. Nuhu Ribadu, the former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has been appointed as the Special Adviser for Security. Mr. John Ugochukwu Uwajumogu will take on the responsibilities of Special Adviser for Industry, Trade, and Investment, and Dr. (Mrs.) Salma Ibrahim Anas has been appointed as the Special Adviser for Health.
These appointments reflect Tinubu’s commitment to assembling a competent team of advisers with diverse backgrounds and expertise. It is expected that their collective knowledge and experience will contribute significantly to the success of the administration’s goals and objectives.
