In a post shared on her Instagram page, the actress said she reflected on her past as a worrier and realized that she wasted a significant portion of her life feeling sad without valid reasons.
The mother of one, who claimed that overthinkers often tend to be right in their concerns, said she now embraces a new perspective and declares that she is focused on enjoying life to the fullest.
“The crazy part about being an overthinker is that you will be right the whole time. I use to be a worrier and wasted half my life been sad for no reason.
“BUT NOWWWWWW WE OUTSIDEEEEE. IDAN IS BUILT FOR ENJOYMENT ONLY,” Tonto Dikeh wrote.
