A Twitter user, @Ssbmuzik, had shared images of another Twitter user, @emmiwuks, who was riding on a bicycle from Benue state to Lagos just to meet Davido.
In the photos, @Emmiwuks was seen proudly displaying a banner featuring the emblem of the DMW boss, and his bicycle was adorned with a message that boldly stated, ‘Benue to Lagos on a bicycle for Davido.’
@Ssbmuzik, who called for retweets, revealed that @Emmiwuks had already spent eight days on the road in his determined endeavor to reach Davido in Lagos.
He wrote, “A young man called @emmiwuks embarked on a Benue to #Lagos on a bicycle to meet #Afrobeat Superstar @davido He is currently on Day 8 today. Please retweet till #davido see this.”
In response to the tweet, Davido offered some advice to @Emmiwuks, urging him to turn around, clarifying that he was currently not available. He wrote, “Turn around, I’m not home.”
KanyiDaily recalls that Davido had also responded to a fan who inquired when he would achieve stadium-selling success like his fellow artists, Wizkid and Burna Boy.
