Coffin Maker Reveals Why Mohbad’s Neck Was Distorted Inside His Casket

The coffin maker who constructed the casket used to bury late Nigerian singer Mohbad has come forward to clarify the unsettling sight of the singer’s neck in a bent position inside the casket.

Mohbad, renowned for his song “Peace,” tragically passed away on September 12th, 2023, and was laid to rest the following day in Ikorodu, Lagos State.

Following Mohbad’s passing, a video circulated online, displaying his lifeless body with his neck contorted inside the casket, causing unease among viewers.

In the midst of controversies surrounding the singer’s death and the puzzling video, the coffin maker has offered an explanation for the bent neck. He has appealed to Nigerians not to blame him, revealing that there was insufficient time to take precise measurements for Mohbad’s coffin, resulting in the unusual position of the singer’s neck.

The craftsman also emphasized that the urgency of the situation, driven by the wishes of the father and family, contributed to the lack of time for meticulous measurements.

In other news, Bella Shmurda, a Nigerian artist and close friend of the late singer, Mohbad, has announced that he will not pay his last respect until justice is served.
