His talent knows no bounds – FG congratulates Rema on MTV award

The presidency congratulated Rema, a well-known Afrobeats musician, on his victory at the MTV Video Music Awards, or VMAs.


According to the report, Rema won the ‘Best Afrobeats’ category at the 2023 MTV award gala in New Jersey, USA on Tuesday.

Rema received the award in 2022 for his collaboration hit song ‘Calm Down’ with American singer Selena Gomez.

In an official statement posted on its X on Thursday, the presidency congratulated Rema on his victory and praised his global skill.
