I’m alive – Gospel singer Buchi debunks death rumour

Gospel singer Buchi Atuonwu, better known as Buchi, has advised the audience to dismiss social media allegations that he has died.

In a phone conversation with the Newsmen in Enugu on Wednesday, the internationally known gospel singer denied the story.

“There is no truth in this,” he says, “because I am sound, spirit, soul, and body.” Unfortunately, desperation has caused many people to commit various crimes. Thank you for your compassion and concern.”

According to report, the award-winning gospel minister’s alleged death went viral on social media on Wednesday.

Buchi is a well-known Nigerian composer, author, poet, spoken word artist, and reggae gospel performer who is adored by millions of people worldwide.
