In his tribute on Tuesday, Kwam1 acknowledged the abundance of musical talent in Nigeria, lamenting the loss of Mohbad in the past month.
He reflected on how the news of Mohbad’s death had taken everyone by surprise, leaving a sense of sadness and introspection regarding our collective attitudes.
Expressing his farewell wishes, Kwam1 offered a heartfelt prayer for Mohbad’s eternal rest.
He said, “We have a whole lot of artists that can keep the country together, we have Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, Tiwa Sãvage.
“Unfortunately, something happened to us a while ago, it caught us unaware and it set us back, and made us feel bad about ourselves and our attitudes.
“Mohbad rest in peace. Mohbad we pray to God Almighty, may your soul rest in peace”.
