Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian speaks out after hospitalization for “Urgent Fetal Surgery”

Kourtney Kardashian has spoken out after being rushed to the hospital during her third pregnancy, thanking medics for’saving her baby’s life.

On Wednesday, the 44-year-old reality personality shared a black and white photo of herself and her 47-year-old musician husband holding hands on a hospital bed on Instagram.

 

‘I will be forever grateful to my great physicians for saving our baby’s life,’ she captioned the photo.

‘I will be eternally grateful to my husband, my rock, who hurried to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and care for me thereafter. And thank you, Mom, for holding my hand through this.’

Kourtney then revealed that, although having previously experienced pregnancy difficulties, she was nevertheless unprepared for what had occurred.

 

‘As someone who has had three fairly simple pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the worry of going into urgent fetal surgery,’ the mother-of-three stated.

‘I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been in a similar position can begin to grasp that anxiety. I have a whole new appreciation and regard for mothers who have had to fight for their children while pregnant.

‘All praise to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby son safely in my tummy was the greatest blessing.’
