The three-member panel, chaired by Justice Ezekiel Ajayi, announced the winner, Emmanuel Ombudagu of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, through zoom.
Two of the justices agreed that the PDP had won the election, but one judge disagreed.
Ezekiel maintained that the petitioner was able to prove his case beyond reasonable doubt.
