Custody battle: Your lies scare me – OAP Dotun replies ex-wife, Taiwo

Dotun, a media star, has responded to several allegations made by his ex-wife, Taiwo, in their ongoing custody dispute.

Taiwo already stated in a previous article that a judge granted an injunction for divided custody of their children for the vacation and festival seasons in June 2022. She stated that her custody dispute with Dotun began after he published their video on TikTok, which drew unfavourable comments.

She also accused the media celebrity of insulting her while they were married and had problems with her after he made a career breakthrough. Taiwo also claimed that her brother, D’banj, whom Dotun also mentioned, had assisted monetarily even when he (Dotun) couldn’t be in the United States.

Dotun, in response to the claim, accused his ex-wife of lying. He also included paperwork proving he was in the US for the birth of their first child. He also revealed why he was unable to attend their second child’s birth.

The media personality also alleged that Taiwo had previously gotten away with spreading lies about him because she relied on his celebrity and assumed he would not reply. Dotun, who emphasised that this will not happen again, added that all he wants is to be present in his children’s lives.

He wrote;

Why do you lie so much?

Seeing my children is the ONLY IMPORTANT THING TO ME. You have now lied that you have given me access to our Children. YOU HAVE NOT, and I have still not received any notification on how to see my Children.

I have taken the time to look through my records, bank accounts, chats and other exchanges and I will address each of your claims one after the other in no particular order, with evidence. In the past, you had gotten away with posting lies about me because you banked on my status as a public figure and that I wouldn’t respond. That time has passed.

You lied that I COULD NOT BE IN THE US FOR THE BIRTH OF OUR FIRST CHILD BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE VISA!

I was in the US, in fact, @yawnaija visited us in Houston at the house I rented where your PARENTS lived with us.
