KanyiDaily recalls that Abu Salami recently called out Davido over an outstanding debt of N218 million earmarked for a children’s football project.
Speaking during a Twitter space, the photographer claimed that beyond the watches, cars and other expensive things Davido buys, he does not make a lot of money as an entertainer.
Abu Salami also emphasized the difference in financial generosity between Burna Boy and Davido, expressing doubt about Davido’s earnings and highlighting a specific incident where he witnessed Burna Boy effortlessly transfer N15 million to assist someone in need.
In a contrast of financial standing, Salami insinuated that Davido’s income might not measure up to Burna Boy’s, sharing a personal experience where he observed Burna Boy’s benevolence.
He said, “Burna Boy and Davido’s money can’t be compared. How much is Davido really making? I was present when Burna Boy transferred N15 million to a man who was in need of help”.
“To have been to Burna Boy’s house, to have chilled with Burna Boy, and that same day. I saw Burna Boy transfer 15 million to a guy because the guy was in some kind of situation”.
Regarding the debt issue, Salami hinted at doubts about Davido’s ability to settle the debt. He also dismissed the legal route, claiming distrust in the legal system and proudly asserted his victory in facing Davido alone.
Abu Salami further boasted about tarnishing Davido’s reputation significantly and causing distress to the singer and his PR team.
KanyiDaily recalls that Abu Salami previously alleged that Davido once tried to introduce him to a secret cult but he declined.
