Emulate Wizkid to stay relevant – Shallipopi tells colleagues

Crown Uzama, alias Shallipopi, has asked his teammates to mimic Grammy-winning musician Wizkid’s social media decorum in order to preserve their success.

He claims that too loud artists frequently lose their principles.

“To stay relevant, you stay silent,” Shallipopi remarked in a recent interview with 78 Factory. You lose value when you say too much. Like Wizkid, let your music and achievement speak for you.”

During the conversation, the Edo-born artist also revealed that his musical genre is afro-pluto rather than afrobeats.

Shallipopi became an internet phenomenon after his song ‘Elon Musk’ went viral, according to reports.

He later remixed the song with Zlatan Ibile and Fireboy DML, solidifying his celebrity.
