‘The kiss with Groovy was scripted’ – BBNaija’s Uriel

Uriel Oputa, the Big Brother Naija reality show star, has claimed that her recent romantic encounter with a younger colleague, Groovy, was scripted.

According to reports, Uriel and Groovy recently fuelled dating suspicions after being photographed kissing in a viral video.

Many people had chastised Uriel, 34, for dating Groovy, 29.

However, on the most recent episode of Pulse’s Inside Scoop with Groovy, Uriel stated that the kiss and entire relationship were “scripted.”

“These last few days have made me realise that I don’t want to act again,” she remarked. I salute you, Nollywood actors. It is not at all simple.

“Groovy and I had a great time at Lagos Cocktail Week.” We were there with an incredible brand. And we were on a mission, so we took on roles. We basically pretended to be in love with one other. We were flirting and all that. “Everything you saw was an assignment.”

“Yeah, it was an assignment,” Groovy said. It was all planned.”
