“This Time Silence No Go Work” – Kizz Daniel Says After His Alleged Arrest In Ivory Coast

Nigerian singer, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, popularly known as Kizz Daniel, has reportedly been arrested in Ivory Coast.

According to reports, Kizz Daniel was arrested for failing to fulfill his performance commitment at an event in Ivory Coast, despite receiving a payment of $150,000.

It was gathered that the incident happened on Thursday, October 12, when Kizz Daniel allegedly remained backstage and failed to take the stage during his scheduled performance, causing disappointment in the audience.

This non-compliance resulted in his arrest and subsequent detention.

This marks the second time Kizz Daniel has faced arrest in different African countries. In the previous year, he was reportedly arrested in Tanzania under similar circumstances.

Reacting to reports of his arrest in Ivory Coast, Kizz Daniel expressed his frustration and implied that the situation might be an attempt at intimidation.

He wrote, “Lol because Vado no dey talk. Una don start again. This time silence no go work. Typing,” indicating his intention to address the matter rather than remain silent in the face of controversy.

KanyiDaily recalls that in 2022, Kizz Daniel was arrested after he collected $60,000 and failed to show up on Sunday night at the Summer Amplified concert in Dar es Salaam
