Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, disclosed this in a statement he signed on Monday titled ‘President Tinubu appoints new ECN Chief Executive Officer.’
Until his appointment, Mustapha brings over a decade of experience from the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission and has a strong background in Energy and Space Technology sectors.
His qualifications include a recent Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, with a specific focus on Renewable Energy. Following this, he completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship as a Research Associate at the esteemed University of Manchester, England.
