In a viral video shared by the skit maker, the focus was on Wizkid as he made a grand entrance at a nightclub, accompanied by his vigilant security team.
Egungun proceeded to reveal the singer’s car collection. He estimated the value of Wizkid’s Rolls-Royce at a staggering ₦700 million. Not stopping there, he also highlighted two more magnificent vehicles, one valued at approximately ₦550 million and the other at around ₦450 million.
Fans who saw the video playfully teased Egungun for not following his usual interviewing style of getting personal with Wizkid to reveal the car prices. They jokingly accused him of going “behind Wizkid’s back” to disclose the luxury wheels.
In response, Egungun explained that he attempted to have a heart-to-heart interview with Wizkid, but the singer expressed his aversion to the camera. Therefore, he sought Wizkid’s permission to showcase his remarkable car collection.
Egungun also expressed his surprise at the overwhelming surge of negative comments he received after releasing the video, defending his actions as a product of hard work and hustle.
He wrote, “He actually told me he does not like camera and I respect my self , so I took permission for the cars, he no easy na motivation I need but Lagos people wan kill me with hate comment..I no steal anybody bread na hustle I Dey hustle”
KanyiDaily recalls that Wizkid recently made headlines after he rejected the drink offered to him at the De Chandelier Night Club in Victoria Island, Lagos.
