Nigeria raising generation of depressed people – ID Cabassa

Olumide Ogunade, better known as ID Cabasa, a popular music producer and vocalist, has stated that Nigeria is breeding a generation of depressed people.

ID Cabasa revealed this on his social media profile while expressing concern over Nigerian adolescents’ mental health.

The music producer observed that the country is potentially losing a generation to the twin scourges of depression and heavy drug addiction among teenagers.

“We are raising a generation of depressed people who are addicted to drugs.

“During the COVID-19, we took care of a depressed top artist who was seriously addicted to drugs.”
