Nigerian actor, Natty Bruce Idigbogu, known for his passion for martial arts in Nollywood, has passed away.

Dr. Shaibu Husseini, a journalist and educator, who shared the news of Natty Bruce’s death on his Facebook page, said that he learnt about it from reliable sources.

Husseini highlighted the late actor’s aspiration to incorporate martial arts into Nollywood films.

The journalist also revealed that Natty Bruce endeavored to create a full-length martial arts movie before his untimely passing.

He wrote: “I have just been reliably informed that light has dimmed on foremost Nollywood’s ‘martial arts’ actor, Natty Bruce.

“The green belter was passionate about integrating Martial Arts into Nollywood movies. He also tried to produce a full-length Martial Art movie… Good night Oga Natty…… bye bye Sir”.

KanyiDaily recalls that Nollywood actor, Yemi Adeyemi, popularly known as ‘Suara’ following his participation in one of Wale Adenuga’s production series, Super Story  had also died.
